

Cats Like Us is a fun, all original rock band at the nexus of punk, New Wave and pop. Based in Bellingham WA, this 5-piece features songwriter Bob Paltrow (keyboards, vocals); Selena McCulloch (guitar, vocals); Miguel Garibay (bass, vocals); Stone Jones (drums vocals) and Dylan Dalgarn (lead guitar, vocals).
Prolific and resonant with the pulse of the times, Cats Like Us push all the buttons and boundaries with unforgettable tunes like All I Wanna Do Is Party, FAFO, High Plains Grifter, Cowgirl, Broken Promise Land, No More Metal In The Morning—and many more! Cats Like Us also play select interpretations of classic and current rock/blues/punk songs from the 1970’s-2020’s.
Formed in 2022, Cats Like Us have performed at venues and festivals throughout Whatcom, Skagit and Snohomish Counties.

Bob Paltrow
Classically trained keyboardist, producer/arranger and principal songwriter, Bob Paltrow has played with dozens of bands in many genres in both Whatcom and Skagit counties since the 1990’s. Paltrow’s repertoire and influences span many genres including folk, jazz, rock, hip-hop, reggae, funk, soul, blues and country. Paltrow has played piano for 50 years; penned over 300 original songs, and performed with many Whatcom and Skagit artists including Land of Mu; Twin Sisters; Hathorakissa; Craig Olson Band; Akaraka; Ebb, Slack & Flood; North Sound Soul; Stone Jones; Paige Woods; Leo Bootes; WuHu with Bekah Zacharitz; Selena Mac; Bad Dogg Blues Society; JP Falcon Grady, Ruby Flambé; RiverTalk; Naughty Blokes; Soul Shakers; Whitewing Band; NorthSound Soul; Patriots of Tomorrow.
